Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, we do accept phone orders, and e-mail orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, pay pal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Do you do group orders?
We welcome group orders and will give orders over 4-6 a discount. Please contact or representative for further details.

What about items that are out of stock?
Items that are out of stock will not be placed on backorder. These items will not be reproduced. It is rare that items are backordered, if that is the case you will be notified as soon as possible. Towards the end of the season many styles are sold out and again, will not be reproduced.

How will I be notified if an item is not available?
Our representative will answer your email, phone call within twenty-four hours after receiving your request. Be sure to leave a valid email or telephone number. If your order is placed you will also be notified with an order number and tracking number for your records.

Can I exchange an item if I order the wrong size?
All sales are final, please, please, be sure to order your correct size. Please contact our representative if you need some information regarding size.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order after the order is placed you must do so within 24 hours. You MUST send an email stating that you wish to cancel your order. After the 24-hour period all orders are sent to the processing center and cannot be canceled. If an order is refused by the customer a 25% restocking fee will be taken from your refund.
